And I am not even sure they needed us during WW II but it became a moot point when Japan attacked us. Another T-Total Idiot post. I cannot believe the lack of knowledge of history that is prevalent amongst the left on this thread. Of course, had you read a book in the last 7 years it might have been a history book and you might know a little about WTF is going on. Listen putz...what Europe needed most from us was our weaponry and supplies. Once Congress allowed all of our industrial production to go to the allies, Germany was put on the defensive. Its you who doesn't understand the dynamics of WW II, not me. By 1942, Germany was already over extended esp on its eastern front with Russia. Adding American troops to the mix was icing on the cake and helped to end the war in Europe faster.
