The constitution and rule of law doesn't seem to mean a whole lot to this crew. Look at what happened to the secure bond holders at Chrysler and GM for proof.

Given events in the past 100+ days, I'd say the current administration doesn't give much thought to constitutional restrictions on federal actions.
