Be it clear cutting massive swaths of land in the Amazon or be it belching out gigatonnes of CO2 from coal-fired plants etc., etc.. As for planning for destruction of 3/4 of the population... I don't believe it's deliberate or planned. It's going to be an inadvertant outcome.
