If it weren't for the possibility of abrupt climate change, that would be true. But the links I gave you in the last post point to the reasons why it isn't "fully consistent" with "all of the above."

PS: If a tipping point is near - consider us tipped.

That may be, I don't know. Jim Hansen may be right. But if you're a bridge player--when you need a certain distribution in order to make your contract, you plan your play assuming that distribution. If we have already reached the tipping point, our children and especially our grandchildren will be in deep deep trouble. Not to mention generations after that.
