Torture and or conspiracy to commit torture is a crime for which no one rises above the law. If you have proof prosecute it. If you haven't got the funds get some politico with deep pockets to back it. But torture must be defined in legal terms that stick not some vague terms of discomfort to the incarcerated. Otherwise it just comes across as more partisan levied insidious conspiracy rumors often initiated by terrorists themselves. I personally would love to champion such a cause but have found every such path leads to no where land.
