I think Ted flipped some real estate properties. Probably had some good conversations with those in the industry.

I've never run anything more complicated than the verification of a project design ... WTF would I know about running a car company?

That's why we need faith in The One. Cause he's the one with the Harvard law degree ... and we are not.
