I think that BDN pref shares are a OK, but maybe slightly over priced as compared to others with similar debt and risk. I would put BDN, LXP, DRE, HRP, and CLP in the same ballpark of risk level. FR and AHT a bit higher.

FR, with higher debt, just announced financing for a large amount that was coming due this month. Assuming that they could raise the funds (they said that it was a slam-dunk in the last conf call), the FR-K pref stock was yielding 18% at the $10 recent price. So I added shares over the past few days. At today's price it is still 14%:

here are the yields of a few pref shares at today's prices:

BDN D 10.5%
LXP D 15.3%
CLP D 11.5%
HRP C 12.3%
DRE N 11.9%
FR K 14.1%
AHT A 16.7%

haven't done much on my OLP CLP, BDN, or PEI except a little trading around core positions.

Today I did buy some TOPS as I believe that at 30% of tangible book with nice earnings last qtr. its still extremely undervalued.

I have some ANDE and ARLP which I added more recently within the past week, but as far as REIT's not much different. I did trade out of TPGI, but somehow feel like it was a mistake to take it off.
