You are being silly. These are temporary steps that have been done before, until those companies got back on their feet and either repaid the loans or the gov't sold off their stake.

You are acting like this is the first time this has ever happened in the history of this country and that this somehow makes Obama an evil socialist. Go back and read your history books. Both GOP and Dem Presidents have bailed out private industry before and the country hasn't magically turned socialist as a result. It has happened in the past during downturns, is happening now during this downturn, and will likely happen again during future times of economic distress.

There is nothing special or new about this time around. Just more GOP propaganda to try to malign the opposite party.
