They have dedicated taxes, running a surplus. Let me know when you've passed a course in principles of accounting and we'll discuss this subject again. It is obvious to me you don't understand the principles set out in Chapter 1 of any college accounting text. When was the last time you paid a line item "military tax". Do you think the military is running a surplus? Military is the most important function of government. THE MOST IMPORTANT. It is not there to generate tax revenue.
