Have your home views moderated.. ? Thinking as I have for many years ... Should all be lost.. I still have a place to hang my hat.. grow some food.. park my car :O) but yes home is not an investment.. rather another form of insurance.. and so of course does have carrying cost.. Hence I never include home (fully paid for some years now) in calculation of net worth.. but market up / market down.. well bought property can mostly be exchanged for similar :O) TBS Kind of like gold you can live in and good collateral Message 24472544
