Obama's gay initiatives will not go over well with his strongest voting block.

homo sexuality is a choice

I never made a choice to be heterosexual, I was just never attracted to men. When did you make your choice to be heterosexual? In making your choice, did you weigh the pros and cons of hetero and homo sexual sex?

Aids is their disease
AIDS is "their" disease in the U.S. In Africa it is more prevalent in the straight population. Does this make it a heterosexual disease? or is it a black disease? or maybe it's a virus that just doesn't give a damn about sexual orientation or color.

don't put them in the schools with children who will be influenced by their abberant behavior-
Is there anything that anyone could do to change your sexual orientation? I can't think of anything that anyone could say or do that would make me attracted to men. Obviously you feel differently about yourself. And I am confident enough in my parenting abilities that I'm not worried about other people influencing my son to be someone who he doesn't want to be. Maybe your worries would be better directed at parents taking a more active role in parenting their children.

By taking a blatantly homophobic position, you have basically justified Obama's appointment of a gay nutball in a position where he has influence on what is taught in the schools.

The real issue is that there is no place in the schools for this touchy feelie crap. Schools should be about learning academics, not a government socialization process.
