Yes, you did. Basically, to raise taxes so you take EVEN MORE money from future generations to give to current ones. Always your solution for everything.

Your "solution" didn't involve "benefit cuts" (oh, yeah, except those who have over 100K in retirement income -- that ought to be a good 1/2% of the population or less).

Besides, we have a surplus. Why would SS need more money?

I'm certain that Obama WILL address SS, as soon as he gets universal health care nailed down - which will include solving the much more urgent Medicare problems.

I don't see him cutting benefits overall. The amount now is too penny pinching for the poor old folks that live on it. I see him raising the ceiling and means testing it.
