Too many wonky assumptions (made on little-to-no firsthand evidence).... And, one of the wonkiest of those many assumptions is that you 'know' what someone is, or what they 'think', based solely upon what you think that some acquaintance or 'friend' of theirs is reputed to be thinking.... (PS --- And, as far as 'racism in Church' goes... I have no doubt that many churches, as well as most any other public institutions, often reflect the broader society in which they exist. And, just speaking personally here... having been in many churches, 'black' and 'white' and 'what-have-you' over many years, I have witnessed regrettable and ignorant racial attitudes in several of them. Just as I have personally witnessed that sad social fact in many other places as well....)
