The important fact in this case is that the administration set the agenda for the agreement. If you can't recognize reality then perhaps I'm wasting my time arguing against your persistent fantasies. Then you're wasting your time. Neither the judge nor the creditors were required to follow the Obama plan. However, they both ended up doing so. What I find somewhat amusing is that I don't think the possibility ever crossed your mind that under the circumstances it was a good and fair plan.
