No good reason for the casual observer to assume that their system would make things cheaper here (and esp, not cheaper with higher or even equal overall quality). They don't have one system, different from ours but identical or nearly so to eachother, they have many different systems. And the health care insurance system is only one of many differences between countries. It could possibly be a decisive difference but there isn't any good reason to assume it is/would be.
