You're in denial. I was in west Oahu in 1978 when over 25 "local" boys gang raped a blond swedish 19 year old girl on a Sunday afternoon in packed Nanakuli beach park. After they had exhausted themselves(it took a few hours since they were mostly teen agers) she staggered through the park completely bruised bloody and naked. When the local cops showed up they didn't arrest one of the perpetrators. The police did reprimand the non-english speaking tourist in the newspaper for allowing herself to be lead into a tent by the two dozen rapists. Yes, the police implied it was HER fault! A similar incident happened about 20 years ago here on my island when again, about 2 dozen local teenagers gang raped a white girl in broad daylight at Hapuna Beach. The police chief said, :Boys will be boys." Not one arrest. I could go one for days with such stories but i think you still would be in denial.
