Not a problem.. only about 23B in USD reserves.. news.gc.ca 1% GST hike will clear that up in a jiffy if USD goes poof :O) Then add a special gold miner tax payable in bullion thank you very much and we're in great shape ;o) Of course if we need to go back to a gold standard.. then why not just nationalize all the gold miners.. <ng> ... That way you can bail out the loonie if required and keep majority happy :O) Lots of scary things likely if doom rules.. Careful what you ask for folks because the government will do what gets the most votes ;o)
