Thanks for the advice. I just really liked the location, the setting, the out buildings, etc..

We would, of course, check all those things out. They are totaling all levels at 2600 feet which is just right for us..

Here is one M likes, close to a nice lake up there. I like it too but I think it is too large....

We have been looking around for about three years and probably will be for another three years..:) Prices have fallen a little but not too much in the desirable areas during that period imo.
