Canada's Vermillion energy is there (Paris) also.

Wouldn't it be a kick if France, with tiny cars and 80% nuke power, turned into a significant oil exporter ?

How easy is it to recruit geologists and other experts to go work near Paris, compared to say the North Slope, Saudi Arabia, North Dakota, etc. ?

Check out page 31. Mentions potential 12 bbo. I have no way to evaluate their claims, but if that were true it would be huge for a company with a 100 mil mkt cap.
