I think he knows exactly what he is doing. The ones who don't get it are the ones who still think well or hold out hope for "the one"!

Obama thinks he knows exactly what he is doing. One thing is never short of, is confidence.

But how will he react when nobody does anything he wants?

Personally, I think he'll look for a scapegoat.

I keep remembering what I was taught in high school American History: "No matter how bad the man in the presidency, the office compels him to seek what is right and do it."

So far, Obama's record says "he doesn't get it." I rue the day when I find out you're right. You might be.
