Smart Butter is veggie oils. Terrible for you. I use real butter. You burn fat and store from carbs.

The only problem I had with it, it doesn't melt on hot food.... like real butter..

If it's the taste of butter you're after, I'd suggest using butter. I don't use any pseudo-butter. I see no indication that any of them is healthier than the real thing and some of them are terrible.

If it's oiliness you want, I'd suggest a fruity olive oil. Or you can use a combination of the two.
