Did a meteor bring down Air France 447?

If you read the reports finally coming out of Air France, the reason for the plane going down is not nearly so scifi. It turns out Airbus planes have been having trouble with speed sensors for quite some time and those sensors were instrumental in the Quantas plane that got into trouble a while back. Its now believed they may have helped bring down AF 447.As one pilot put it, airbus is designed for engineers, not pilots.
