Most of the high tech stocks I follow (INTC PRIA INVX CYMI etc) opened down this morning with a 7% to 10% gap, but appear to at least temporarily to have stabilized. Nasdaq now -55 points but up a bit from open. 70 seems like a bargain price for Intel, but of course it might get to be a better bargain. I bought a few shares yesterday at a higher price but still cheap compared to it's recent 102. A market like this throws the baby out with the bathwater. Averaging down in a bull market usually is a mistake, but in a market like this it makes a bit better sense.
