Well, you are excused then....I'm far from a bureaucrat. Apparently anyone that uses terms you don't understand now is a "bureaucrat." Also, I've notice you've been using the phrase "thinking outside the box" a lot lately. Is this a new term you just learned when someone tossed you out of your sandbox and you had think for a change instead of play? Can't imagine how else it could apply to you. What was the point of your post? You said nothing concrete. Maybe its time to put you back on ignore. For a while there, you sounded like you had something to say. Now its back to name calling and put downs. Were you a bully too as a kid?
