Now you are saying: that the numbers which are representations seconds, metres, kilograms and speed of light all go to hell! Why would I "need some serious numeracy skills to figure it out" since it all "go to hell"? The universe was already there without the numbers, man's curiosity decided to figure it out. But figuring it out, would not change a thing. 1) Either by calling Gods. 2) Devising anthropocentric theories. 3) Applying science. Each of those three accepted truths served a purpose at a certain given time. And every Zé Mané at that given age swore it was the truth and if one would not had believed he was heretical or stupid.
