The only thing the US produces now is paper and digital money. Truly sad our once powerful manufacturing base is almost completely gone.

Oh yeah......Argentine for sure. This is got "shock doctrine" written all over it. I don't think the FED has the balls to let inflation get too far out of hand though.

One reason I don't think it will work here is because the banks just WILL NOT lend the money. Credit is still contracting. The FED can print, but if the banks don't turn on the spigot, no inflation.

Look what happened to Gold Friday when there was one little FED member speech that mentioned they shouldn't wait too long to tighten. I don't, however think we have seen the top in gold prices. I got a sell signal Friday, confirmed. I will be a buying op. though.
