re:"" Hey, the description says it has a "man cave" - that's worth at least 200K alone""

Right on.. That's what sealed the deal for me.. I was ready to pay 300K for a perfect "man cave"..:) I figure I can get my money back quickly by teaching Cougarettes and Vandalettes the ways of life from an old guru, "an old man of the mountains". :)

But then today, I realized, I really don't want to move.. We live where people travel many miles to visit and it is so damn pretty now..

We have been getting enough salad stuff from our garden for a week now, lettuce, spinach, herbs etc.. And the rest is just roaring along, pulled the first Walla Walla onion for a quiche M is making now.. REAL men eat and love quiche..:)

Oh I know that doesn't mean much to folks living in more temperate climates, but I think people living in harsher climates appreciate more the coming of Spring and the melting and the renewal of life..

But for us at plus 5500 feet, where we have only THREE seasons of varying, disproportionate lengths, that WORKS for us.. About 4-5 months of winter, 4-6 months of summer and a couple of Autumn and that's about it..

:)
