Poverty natural size. Only our egalitarian instincts force us to face the unrealistic goal of ending poverty.

You cannot end poverty. Poverty can be diminished via better distribution of income which in its majority is a result of better investment in education.

Simple distributing income, doling out money, does not contribute to end poverty. It just disguise it.

Man has a goal of social justice and is ready to finance poor people. Sometimes not exactly because autruism but for fear of the cold barrel of a .45 on his ear and the demand for his money.

The Anglos tribes are more egalitarian minded than the Latino. Latino tribes are more 'every man for himself'. The Latino is more social Darwinist.

The Angloland men have made good social progress. Progress financed by the capital they were hogging. Thus the shirtless were left with two choices: stay put and stay poor. Or move to where the poor had an easier ride. Many decided to move.

As capital spreads more evenly, poverty is not going to go up. Anglos should not worry about egalitarianism. Poverty is coming down dramatically.

As capital spreads more evenly the shirtless get behind wheel barrows, move cement and sand, get drivers licences and all of them start working.

Of course money moving some pockets of poverty will appear where it did not exist. Unlucklily near the places where the rich guys are living! But that needs still another posting.
