All, I think that you are going to find that all of the quote services are going to be sludge while the markets are doing their thing. Having direct experience working for a company that provides a web based service, I used to seeing providers be under capacity during high demand. The upshot of this is is that the next time an event like this occurs (God forbid) , most of the quote services will have added additional capacity due to the complaints of users who were not able to get info when desired.
