very cute way of destroying the yard.

Our dog does some excavating here and there.

Mainly though, she's worn a circular track in the dirt 3" deep around the maple tree in the back yard. She'll have a "moment" and race around in circles at top speed for several minutes at at time.

It's funny now, but I'll bet it wasn't too funny when he was working on the demolition project...

Just after Hubby had planted $750 worth of LOTS of gal. sized Azeleas all over the back yard years ago, our wonderful Golden Retriever evidently considered it his duty to pull each one (all but one) out by the roots, shake all of the dirt off them, and toss each one to see how far it would go...

Poor Hubby.....He was totally furious with Jeff the Dog, until Jeff came over and licked his hand, wagging his tail all the while. How can anyone get mad at that....<ggg>
