MSFT is definitely influential. It will be interesting to see if they decide to use their influence.

The problem is that Bill Gates probably doesn't give a real rat's ass about this. So he moves everything offshore...no big thang. The only way he will want flex his muscles is if Obama starts to offend his sensibilities. Probably not important enough to Gates at this point.

John Chambers (CSCO) is staunchly republican. He's certainly tried to influence things along the way.
