KERX Is up 24.07% on volume of > 10,863,000 which is about 7x its ADV The stock opened with a good UG without completely closing its previous UG of June 1. <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today positive results on the PII of Zerenex (ferric citrate) for the treatment of hyperphosphatemia, in patients with end-stage renal disease on thrice weekly hemodialysis. KERX was able to close on the black on its 1stQ(March) at $0.01 vs. loss of $0.49 in 2008. The EL for 2009 is around $0.35 vs. $0.89 in 2008 and for 2010 a further trim of the loss to $0.25/shr is expected. YHOO has a 'target' of $3.80 as it seems that the stock wants to close some of its large DG of March 14 2008 <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard

ANPI fully closed its May 12 and May 28 UGs, but is tying to bounce up from today's L without fully closing its last one on June 8 <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com At 12:23PM it had some upticks on a one minute volume of 24Ks and price up from $1.95 to $2.02 <g> It tested the L again at 1:11PM but so far the L is still holding.(To fully close its last UG it needs to trade below the $1.78 level.) I will still keep my 'target' at $4 bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
