I think that guy was making some stuff up as he went along, but I do agree with him on one thing:

"Now they’re creating the bailout bubble -- which will ultimately dwarf the real estate bubble. It will cause the implosion of the global economy world wide -- which will not be able to be repaired by creating yet another bubble. Every time the government fails, it tells a bigger lie and then a still bigger lie."

"These previous bubbles were not allowed to pop -- but they didn’t destroy the infrastructure of the country. This bailout bubble will."

"But this bubble will be the last one. After the final blowout of the bailout bubble, we are concerned that the government will take the nation into war. This is a historical precedent that’s been done over and over again."

by messing with the way the free market handles things that get out of hand, we make the amplitude of the cycles much greater. I do think that this bailout bubble will be spectacular in some ways, but when it pops, it will be devastating.

Clinton got credit for the tech boom, but didn't really get the blame when it burst. Bush didn't get credit for the RE boom, but did get the blame when it burst. I expect that the cycle for the bailout bubble will be even quicker and therefore there will be nobody to blame but Obama.

One of these days we are going to have to take our medicine....and we are not going to like it.
