Maybe enough moneybags that supported Obama are asking themselves, "what if this was me he was screwing?" Threatening, intimidation, coercion are still illegal tactics aren't they?

Is Ginsberg a "winger"? She seems to be interested in Obama's hatchet job paying off the unions. I'd be very surprised if the Court doesn't intercede and not only delay, but STOP this violation of the law from taking place. What law was violated? Looking for a credible link.
