To the contrary, the resource is huge and comparable to the existing production from the major sources of Lithium carbonate from brines. Total metal and other by-product values of the brines on their props are several billion dollars. Contains the best source in Alberta and plenty of existing access from all the wells, both operating and shut in. They have most of the highest grade Lithium acreage.

One difference is that the weather in Alberta is cooler and so evaporation would be slower. But there are other ways to get out the Lithium.
