Hi Loantech:

Sorry for the delayed reply.

I have very minimal expertise with respect to the broad spectrum of producers, so my comments would not be of significant value to you.

What I do believe is that currently, few market sectors offer a better probability of decent gains than does the gold sector so I will continue to "dig" around in this arena (lousy pun) looking for low risk gold situations. Currently I also think Kirkland Lake is a good bet and think it might be acquired on pullbacks. I am also working on a tiny gold deal myself but we have a ways to go before any aspect of it would be worthy of comment.

One thing that I enjoy doing is research. There is a problem with intensive research however which is that you always end up with a long list of worrisome items and/or concerns, irrespective of how good the company under the microscope actually is. This can lead to a level of paranoia that can freeze you like a deer in the headlights. What seems to work at this end is to hold off investing (note the nickname) until I think the risk/reward ratio is extremely favorable. And when I make a bet, I also keep the old adage "It seemed like a good idea at the time" handy to use as an explanation as to why the investment didn't work out (g)

Best,
Earlie
