A friend called today asking a question I hadn't considered before. She has a friend visiting L.A. in a couple of weeks - no kids - and was trying to figure out where to take her, what sort of things to sightsee. When you live in L.A., you don't think about places that other people might find interesting. Hollywood Blvd/Chinese Theater is an embarrassment. Universal Studios is a tourist trap. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm are for kids.

So the question is: If you came to L.A., what would you want to see? Second part of the question: When people come to visit you, where do you take them?

Questions are for everyone.
