Funny how casual people are about art, when I was a youngster I got assigned to be attorney for the trustee of a senile guy whose wife knew a lot of artists, he was using a small Calder mobile as a plant hanger in a screened-in patio and he had stuff by Miro all over the place ... had to put the stuff in the bank vault, met a friend for lunch and said "I'm driving a $500k car," he says "Doesn't look like much," I say "Yeah but you should see what's in the trunk."
