I own both UTEK and PTIS. I first noticed Plasma Therm in a news piece about DuPont Photomasks choosing PTIS as a partner in advanced recticle research and have kept an eye on them since. IBD featured Plasma Therm recently in its New America section. Maybe someone more knowledgeable can tell us if their plasma technology for reticle production is any competition to UTEK. Both companies make MEMS equipment, but I suspect there will be plenty of room for everyone in that market. JMAR is another hot microcap that makes MEMS equipment.
