Inspite of suggesting that the president is a nazi, a mobster, a socialist, a dictator, fascist et al.......apparently the USSC realizes who he really is......a man trying to do what's best for the country and opposed every step of the way by the bankrupt party of NO. Tell us what you think he just did that is "best for the country". Paying off the people who voted for you is not. Another example of the failed education system...

Apparently, you don't understand what the Court's function is. They are not here to register their vote for or against the president. If they believed there was major Constitutional issue at stake or a conflict amongst the lower courts, they might [MIGHT] have decided to review the case. It would not have been a review of the president's policy. Clearly, they decided to let it go -- for whatever reason. I don't think the Court would want it construed as some tacit approval of Obama policy.
