not a good analogy. Supply is owned but not being adjudicated by supply owners. The admittance of unauthorized counterfeit shares into the trace.....reduces to the proper description of the situation.

Now you may rationalize the need for the big guns and their hired proxies, to have their way, but they must do so within the laws governing stock issuance.... have had this particuar issue/ acquisition under surveillance for many months.

counterfeit shares used in trading to acquire companies, violates laws and the rights of owners to decide at what Valuation should the buyer get the company.

Under your descriptions, you've simply rationalized theft by deferring of valuation until its transferred, in this case onto the books at intel. Rationalizations happen...we both know the terms by which they are operating and to what purpose.

but....even under this system, there is no guarantee that Intel will convert the acquisitions forward value to actual value within the holistic picture of Intel operations....having said this, INTC is a very good company, and is more likely than say a GE in its present incarnation, to extract full value.
