"Ficha não caiu" It means it has not dawned on the officialdom that their money is recycled USD. They are acting as if this was 1964. Obama's is transition government. The las government of a two-party system. The candidates for the election of 2012 will be much different than what teh US had in the past. Perhaps some 1/2 political parties spring up to contest that election. there is also the risk that political power via elections will take much longer to take roots in the US. You know like we have in the rest of the world.

New Zealand sent the French state terrorists who bombed the Rainbow Warrior to live in luxury on Hao after a short stint in prison in New Zealand. Not long afterwards, France decided they might as well come home as heroes. Happily, another of them died recently in an aircraft crash: stuff.co.nz <Xavier Maniguet, 62, was one of four men aboard the yacht Ouvea that smuggled explosives used to sink the ship protesting French nuclear testing in the South Pacific in 1985. Maniguet, a flying instructor, died with a 76-year-old pupil yesterday after dropping off a skier on the 3400-metre-high Etendard glacier near the resort of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, the New Zealand Herald reported today. The pair were taking off, Maniguet at the controls, when a gust of wind hit the craft. He was a reserve officer in the French Navy, an expert diver, parachutist, acrobatic pilot, sailor and doctor specialising in diving injuries and aeronautical health. > Mqurice
