Do you support STRUCTURAL CHANGES (for example, Pay as you Go Budget rules, or even better a Balanced Budget Amendment to our Constitution!) to eliminate CHRONIC MULTI-DECADE-LONG federal overspending?

Or are you simply one of those 'faux fiscal conservatives' who will constantly complain loudly against 'federal spending' (but *only* while the opposition is in charge, never when your home team holds the reins <g>), but NEVER GET BEHIND ANY ACTION that has the slightest chance of moderating chronic federal over-spending?
