Do you have a CREDIBLE source that the Pentagon decided they were not terrorists? That, of course, would exclude the NYT.

Something like a direct quote from a DOD spokesman?

What appears to have happened is the Paks didn't want them and saw an opportunity to get rid of them and get paid at the same time. It was a win for them.
