Yes, you do control cost by denial of services. Of course denial of service isn't normal called "care". You control it better with euthanizing people. Kenneth is so stupid he doesn't see the end game or believes he will be dead by that time.

If anyone thinks the government would never do such a thing, just stop and think. The more pain the government puts you through, the more pain you are willing to witness of others.

Americans trust Medicare much more than private insurers. Every poll shows that.

Certainly, they are losing money covering medicare patients.

It's no secret nursing homes need a certain number of private pay patients to make up for the losses of their medicaid beds.
