Lucius Could not reach e-scwab through software or telephone - was able to get through on my old streetsmart software package -TWO weks ago they also had a main computer system go down on thursday -was really tough to make a trade that day -ended up being commision free trade

Lucius and William...Same problems with Lombard...got one buy order in very early, but shortly thereafter trading phone lines and internet trading non functional...Would be interested in expierence of others...Regards, Bogey

I deal with Merrill Lynch. I had no problem getting my broker on the phone and placing orders, but a computer glitch didn't allow them to inform me of whether or not I was done right away. From what I hear this is much better than how most investors fared.
