I could have posted it that way. But that wouldn't be correct.

That isn't the only harm it can cause. Besides, that isn't relevant if it is used as suggested, for vector control.

This is all just a huge straw man you have constructed and been attacking ever since. DDT has not be outlawed for the use you promote, vector control, except in some countries like the US. Where malaria has been eradicated for a while. In sub-Saharan Africa, where malaria has not been eradicated and is, in fact, endemic, the mosquitoes are often resistant to DDT. That, coupled with corrupt governments who can't seem to keep focused long enough to put a program together or to keep from meddling with programs by outside agencies, the problem is pretty intractable.
