HH, i don't recall that question being asked on the application. i didn't know it was an issue until i got a call today and was told it was a condition of the loan.
given that, is there a wrong answer?

i'm thinking house remodel, kitchen upgrade, house painting, possible dual pain window install, possible condo rental remodel and increase our cash on hand.

should i anticipate that any of these reasons will jeopardize the refi?
