That's odd. Haines is normally the most balanced person on CNBC, and is generally fairly polite. He typically calls it like he sees it, regardless of which side it's on, and has often slammed Wall Street on air. The only problem I see with Haines is that if you try and dance around his rather blunt questions he will nail you to the wall until you answer. He will NOT let you get out of answering the question. Guess that's his lawyer background.

Frank would drive me nuts trying to talk to him.

Suddenly finding myself wanting to see that interview. Knowing the personalities of the two makes it pretty obvious what happened, and it should be entertaining to watch. Haines asked a question Frank didn't want to answer. Frank tried his song and dance to deflect. Haines' lawyer experience took over. Frank realized he was toast and ran away like a frightened schoolgirl.
