This was hate speech on Letterman's part; nothing more, nothing less.

I am astonished at how bitter an old bastard he has become. As he has become more political his show has deteriorated. I watched his show from its inception in the NBC days, but wouldn't look at it today if it was the only show on TV.

She doesn't want to buy it....for the first time in months, people are paying attention to her and she's not sounding like a joke. She ain't letting go of this until she has wrung out every last drop.
